心理视角下的腐败行为引致机制及其预防措施

The Induced Mechanism and Preventive Measures of Corruption from the Perspective of Psychology

借助西方犯罪心理学家阿伯拉罕姆逊“犯罪行为公式”的分析范式,以腐败行为发生的心理逻辑为起点的研究发现,腐败行为的引致机制是心理欲求与外部刺激、侥幸心理与人性选择、相对剥夺与社会失范、从众心理和角色冲突等。应采取培育与强化行为主体对腐败心理的抑制机制、完善与优化行为主体心理欲求满足途径、塑造与健全行为主体社会支撑系统等措施,为新形势下一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”提供心理视角的思考。

With the aid of the analysis paradigm of the Western criminal psychologist Abrahamson’s“criminal behavior formula”,starting from the psychological logic of the occurrence of corruption,and then analyze the mechanisms and game dilemmas caused by psychological desires and external stimuli,fluke psychology and human choice,relative deprivation and social anomie,herd psychology and role conflicts.Furthermore,it proposes perfect and corrective measures from the aspects of cultivating and strengthening the inhibitory mechanism of the behavior subject to the corruption psychology,perfecting and optimizing the way of satisfying the behavior subject’s psychological desires,shaping and perfecting the behavior subject’s social support system,etc.It is hoped that we will provide a psychological perspective on the“Dare not rot,Can’t rot,Don’t want to rot”.
