社会公平与政府满意度对基层公众政治信任的影响——基于“协商民主与选举民主调查”数据的分析

The Influence of Social Fairness and Government Satisfaction on the Political Trust of the Grassroots Public:Based on the Data Analysis of Deliberative Democracy and Electoral Democracy Survey

基于“协商民主与选举民主调查”数据,运用Logistic回归模型,从社会公平与政府满意度等变量对基层公众政治信任的影响机理进行探究。研究发现,社会公平、政府满意度以及政治面貌均对基层公众政治信任有显著的正向影响,而婚姻状况则有显著的负面影响。因此,首先要完善基层政治利益诉求的保障机制,实现多元参与的监督管理;其次,应打通政策执行的“最后一公里”,提升基层公众的获得感和满意度;此外,还需加强基层政府官员的培训与考核,同时以信息化和高科技为支撑,创新执法办案手段,提高其工作效率和积极性,从而提高社会公平性和公众对政府的满意度,进而提升公众对基层政府的政治信任。

Based on the data of“Consultative democracy and electoral democracy survey”,Logistic regression model was used to explore the influence mechanism of social justice and government satisfaction variables on grassroots public political trust.The results show that both social equity and government satisfaction have significant positive effects on grassroots public political trust.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the means of law enforcement and case handling with the support of information technology and high-tech.Second,we should get through the“last mile”of policy implementation to improve the grassroots public’s sense of gain and satisfaction.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the training and assessment of grassroots government officials,improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm,so as to improve social fairness and public satisfaction with the government,and thus enhance the public’s political trust in grassroots government.
