武进地区小学高年级学生眼压分析

Analysis of IOP in winter of upper elemengtary grade students in Wujin area

目的了解常州武进地区小学高年级学生冬季眼压分布情况,分析其相关性因素。方法横断面研究。对常州市武进区湖塘实验小学4~6年级共1463例名学生开展视力检查、验光检查、眼压检查和问卷调查。结果最终获得有效数据1453例(2906只眼)。冬季眼压为正偏态分布,平均值(20.16±2.86)mmHg,随年级增长眼压轻微降低,女生眼压明显高于男生。眼压与每日校外阅读写作时间呈正相关(r=0.04,P<0.05),与睡眠时间长短和户外运动时间长短均没有相关性。五、六年级学生的眼压与屈光度无相关性(P>0.05),但四年级学生眼压与屈光度成正相关性(r=-0.0959,P=0.002)。结论高年级小学生的冬季眼压偏高,阅读写作时间过长有可能促使眼压升高,10岁以前高眼压有可能是促使近视发生发展的因素之一。

Objective To investigate intraocular pressure(IOP)in upper elemengtary grade students in Wujin District of Changzhou in winter.Methods In this cross-sectional study.1463 students from grade 4 to 6 of HUTANG Experimental Primary School in Wujin District of Changzhou were investigated.Cycloplegic refraction was measured using an autorefractor,and IOP was examined by non-contact tonometry,all studengts were tested with questionnaire.Results The effective data of 1453 cases(2906 eyes)were obtained.The mean IOP in winter was 20.16±2.86 mmHg,the IOP decreased slightly with the increase of grade.The IOP in girls was significantly higher than that in boys.There was a positive correlation between IOP and daily reading and writing time(r=0.04,P<0.05),but no correlation between IOP and sleep time or outdoor exercise time.5、There was no correlation between IOP and myopia in Grade 5 and 6(P>0.05),but there was a positive correlation between IOP and myopia in grade 4(r=-0.0959,P=0.002).Conclusion The upper elemengtary grade students have higher IOP in winter,long reading and writing time may promote the increase of IOP,and high IOP before the age of 10 may be one of the factors to promote the occurrence and development of myopia.
