摘要
介绍了一种V波段高功率波导隔离器的设计方法,通过对高阶模和结式环行器工作原理的分析,利用HFSS仿真软件优化设计,并采用ANSYS热力学软件来校核功率容量,最终研制出的隔离器主要性能为:工作频率:59.5~63.5 GHz,电压驻波比≤1.22,插入损耗≤0.45 dB,隔离度≥22.4 dB,功率容量≥35 W,满足星载应用环境要求。器件通过了35 W功率试验考核。
In this paper,we propose a kind of high power waveguide isolator in V-band.Based on high order modes and principle of knotted circulator,the samples have been developed successfully by using HFSS simulation software and ANSYS thermodynamics software.The isolators which can meet the application requirements for satellites have good performances within the frequency range of 59.5-63.5 GHz including that the voltage standing wave ratio≤1.23,the insertion loss≤0.45 dB,the insulation≥22 dB,and the power capacity≥35 W.Finally,the isolators successfully passed the 35 W power experiment.
