摘要
介绍了无矩线圈的设计原理与实现方法。首先从密绕圆柱形螺线管模型出发,分析了无矩线圈的理论设计方法,并和单螺线管线圈进行了性能比较。然后采用3D有限元电磁场仿真分析了磁感应强度分布和磁场均匀性。最后制作了线圈常数63.17μT/A、均匀区约90 mm的无矩线圈样品,采用磁屏蔽筒组合无矩线圈实现弱磁场复现验证,满足高精度原子磁强计的应用要求。
In this paper the design principle and implementation method of the non-moment coil were introduced.Firstly,the theoretical design method of the non-moment coil is analyzed based on the cylindrical solenoid,and the magnetic induction intensity and its uniform region is compared with that of the single cylindrical solenoid.Then the magnetic induction intensity distribution and magnetic field uniformity are analyzed by 3 D finite element electromagnetic field simulation.Finally,the rectangular coil samples with coil constant 63.17μT/A and uniform region of about 90 mm are made,and the weak magnetic field reappearance verification is realized by combining the magnetic shielding tube with the non-moment coil to meet the application requirements of high precision atomic magnetomete.
