In order to further play the role of Community Library in the public cultural service system, the paper investigates readers’ reading behavior and use demand, field visit to the case of the community library and physical bookstore integration development, puts forward the development strategies of the community library, such as cultural transformation and building cultural brand, cross-border integration with physical bookstore to provide diversified services, introduction of third-party to create a new form of community reading.
