肉雏鸡盲肠乳酸菌分离鉴定及对AFB1中毒保护效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为寻找合适的肉雏鸡霉菌中毒保护剂,采集30日龄健康肉雏鸡盲肠内容物进行分离培养及鉴定,通过16s rDNA序列及系统发育进化树分析,菌株M1、M4、M5、M8与敏捷乳杆菌(Lactobacillus agilis M58803.2)处于同一分支;菌株M2与肠乳杆菌(Lactobacillus intestinalis LC096206.1)处于同一分支。选用1日龄健康肉雏鸡每天饲喂含0.3 mg·kg^(-1) AFB1的饲粮,将菌株M1、M2、M4、M5、M8以1×10^(8) CFU·mL^(-1)添加到雏鸡饮水中,实验期为28 d,观察乳酸菌对AFB1中毒肉雏鸡的临床保护效果。结果表明与AFB1组相比,菌株M2、M4和M8可以减轻肉雏鸡由AFB1导致的体重、脏器指数和血液生化指标的影响(P<0.05),菌株M1和M5作用效果则不显著(P>0.05)。 In order to find a suitable broiler chicken mold poisoning protective agent,the cecum content of 30-day-old healthy broiler chicken was collected for isolation,culture and identification.Through 16s rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree analysis,the strains M1,M4,M5,M8 and Lactobacillus agile(Lactobacillus agilis M58803.2)were in the same branch;strain M2 was in the same branch as(Lactobacillus intestinalis LC096206.1).One-day-old healthy broiler chicks were fed with a diet containing 0.3 mg·kg^(-1) AFB1 every day,and strains M1,M2,M4,M5,and M8 were added to the drinking water of the chicks at 1×10^(8) CFU·mL^(-1).The experimental period was 28 d.Observing the clinical protective effect of lactic acid bacteria on AFB1 poisoned broilers,the results showed that compared with the AFB1 group,strains M2,M4,and M8 could reduce the effects of AFB1 on body weight,organ index and blood biochemical indexes of broilers(P<0.05),while the effects of strains M1 and M5 were not significant(P>0.05).
