安徽省土地利用效益与城市活力耦合协调研究

Study on the Coupling of Land Use Benefit and Urban Vitality in Anhui Province

通过建立耦合协调模型,选取了涉及经济、社会、生态、文化等方面的28个指标构建评价体系,对2009~2018年安徽省土地利用效益与城市活力耦合协调情况进行实证分析。研究发现:在研究期内,安徽省土地利用效益与城市活力两个子系统一直是高度耦合状态;协调等级由中度失调向初级协调转变。但是在整个研究期内,城市活力指数大于土地利用效益指数,所以总体发展类型是土地利用滞后性。因此,要加强土地利用方面的工作力度,力求安徽省各方面协调稳定发展。

By establishing the coupling coordination model,28 indexes related to economy,society,ecology and culture were selected to construct the evaluation system,and the coupling coordination between land use benefit and urban vitality in Anhui province from2009 to 2018 was analyzed empirically.It was found that in the research period,the two subsystems of land used benefit and urban vitality in Anhui Province had been highly coupled,and the coordination level had changed from moderate imbalance to primary coordination.However,in the whole research period,the urban vitality index was larger than the land use benefit index,so the overall development type was land use lag.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen the work of land use and strive for stable development in Anhui province.
