摘要
文章探究了车险综合改革的运行现状,针对此次车险综改运行以来,对保险公司带来的产品创新、销售、承保理赔和成本管控等方面的挑战,提出完善产品创新机制,提升市场竞争力;优化业务结构,拓展发展空间;加强精细化管控,提升车险核心竞争力;优化管理流程,推动运营成本合理配置等对策。
This paper explores the operation status of the comprehensive reform of auto insurance. Aiming at the challenges of product innovation, sales, underwriting claims and cost control brought to insurance companies since the comprehensive reform of auto insurance, some countermeasures are proposes, i.e. to improve the product innovation mechanism and enhance the market competitiveness, to optimize business structure and expand development space, to strengthen fine management and control, to enhance the core competitiveness of auto insurance, to optimize the management process and promote the reasonable allocation of operating costs.
