农业产业结构优化升级的空间差异性和收敛性

Spatial Difference and Convergence of Optimization and Upgrading of Agricultural Industrial Structure

从农业产业结构合理化、高效化、高新化和生态化四方面考察我国农业产业结构优化升级情况,运用Dagum基尼系数分析农业产业结构优化升级空间差异的程度和来源,并通过多种收敛方法检验空间差异的收敛性。研究发现,农业产业结构高效化、高新化和生态化都呈现波动上升趋势;农业产业结构合理化和生态化西部地区内部差异最大,农业产业结构高效化和高新化东部内部差异最大;地区间交叉重叠程度是农业产业结构高效化和高新化总体差异的主要原因,地区间差异是农业产业结构合理化和生态化总体差异的主要原因;农业产业结构合理化和高新化在个别地区具有σ收敛,在所有地区具有绝对β收敛,农业产业结构合理化、高效化、高新化和生态化在所有地区都具有条件β收敛。因此,应优化农业生产力布局,建立跨区域合作机制,充分利用地区间的正向空间溢出效应,协同提高各地区农业产业结构优化升级水平。

This paper examines the optimization and upgrading of China’s agricultural industrial structure from four aspects: rationalization, high-efficiency, high-tech and ecologicalization of agricultural industrial structure, uses Dagum Gini coefficient to analyze the degree and source of spatial differences in agricultural industrial structure optimization and upgrading, and tests the space convergence through a variety of convergence methods. The study found that the high-efficiency, high-tech and ecologicalization of the agricultural industry structure all present a fluctuating upward trend;the internal difference between the rationalization and ecologicalization is the largest in the western regions, and the internal difference between the high-efficiency and high-tech agricultural industrial structure is the largest in the eastern regions;the degree of overlapping between regions is the main reason for the overall difference in the high-efficiency and high-tech agricultural industry structure, and the inter-regional differences are the main reason for the overall difference in the rationalization and ecologicalization of the agricultural industry structure;the rationalization and high-tech of the agricultural industry structure has σ convergence in individual regions, and absolute β convergence in all regions, and the rationalization, high efficiency, high-tech and ecologicalization of the agricultural industry structure have conditions of β convergence in all regions. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the layout of agricultural productivity, establish a cross-regional cooperation mechanism, making full use of the positive spatial spillover effects between regions, and coordinately improve the level of optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure in various regions.
