新时代大学生法治素养培育的路径探赜

Exploration of the Path of Cultivating College Students'Law Competence in the New Era

以“知法”“懂法”“依法维权”为核心内容的法治思维作为大学生必备的基本素养,无论是对大学生个人的发展,还是对大学生维护自身的合法权益都至关重要。文章以新时代法治思想为根本,立足于大学生法治素养培育的时代课题,分析大学生法治素养培育中的重、难、急,探讨新时代“法治思想”的价值内涵,指出新时代大学生法治素养培育的路径:基于公平、正义的法治素养培育,基于中国特色的法治素养培育,基于“生活教育”的法治素养培育。

The rule of law thinking with"knowing the law","understanding the law"and"safeguarding rights according to law"as the core content is an essential basic quality for college students,which is very important not only for their personal development,but also for college students to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.Based on the thought of the rule of law in the new era and based on the era topic of the cultivation of college students'rule of law competence,this paper analyzes the importance,difficulty and urgency of the cultivation of college students'rule of law competence,discusses the value connotation of the"rule of law thought"in the new era,and points out the path of the cultivation of college students'rule of law competence in the new era:the cultivation of rule of law competence based on fairness and justice,and the cultivation of rule of law competence based on Chinese characteristics,cultivation of law competence based on"life education".
