医学生集体责任心模型建构及问卷编制探研

Exploration of the Model Construction and Questionnaire Compilation of Medical Students'Collective Responsibilityy

责任心是指个人对自己和他人、对家庭和集体、对国家和社会所负责任的认识、情感和信念,以及与之相应的遵守规范、承担责任和履行义务的自觉态度。文章通过文献综述建构集体责任心的二维空间模型,编制医学生集体责任心问卷,并进行预测问卷的分析与修订、信效度检验,形成包含40个题项的医学生集体责任心正式问卷。该问卷信度Cronbachα系数为0.939,结构效度和区分效度均较好,测量工具稳定可信。

The sense of responsibility refers to the individual's understanding,emotion and belief in the responsibility of himself and others,family and collective,state and society,as well as the corresponding conscious attitude of abiding by norms,assuming responsibility and fulfilling obligations.Through literature review,this paper constructs a two-dimensional spatial model of collective responsibility,compiles the questionnaire of medical students'collective responsibility,analyzes and modifies the predictive questionnaire,tests its reliability and validity,and forms a formal questionnaire of medical students'collective responsibility with 40 items.The reliability Cronbachαcoefficient of the questionnaire is 0.939,the structural validity and discriminant validity are good,and the measurement tools are stable and reliable.
