Research on Children's Adaptation to Kindergarten Problem and Countermeasures

幼儿入园后,意味着其从家庭开始步入学校,向社会化迈出了第一步。随着幼儿入园,各种不适应问题也会随之而来,这给教师和家长带来很多负担。这些不适应问题如果得不到有效解决,势必会给幼儿成长带来不良影响。文章对出现这种不适应问题的原因进行分析,探讨相应的解决对策,以使幼儿尽快融入幼儿园生活,减轻教师的工作负担,解除家长的后顾之忧。

After children enter the kindergarten,it means that they enter the school from the family and take the first step towards socialization.As children enter the kindergarten,various maladjustment problems will follow,which will bring a lot of burden to teachers and parents.If these maladjustment problems are not effectively solved,they are bound to have a negative impact on children's growth.This paper analyzes the causes of this maladjustment problem and discusses the corresponding countermeasures,so as to make children integrate into kindergarten life as soon as possible,reduce teachers'work burden and relieve parents'worries.
