摘要
育人模式本质在于回归人的全面发展,育人模式无论进行何种变革,都要始终围绕立德树人这一教育的根本任务。育人模式指向的实践主体主要是学校,因此在倡导教师要讲好学科背后故事的同时,学校管理者也可以以“教育故事”的应用为切入点,将故事教育法融入学校管理,进行学校管理模式的探索。文章从学生的故事文化、教师的故事文化、校长的故事文化三个方面,探讨“故事教育法”在学校管理中的应用策略。
The essence of education mode is to return to people's all-round development,no matter what kind of reform is carried out,education mode should always focus on the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The practice subject pointed by the education mode is mainly the school.Therefore,while advocating that teachers should tell the story behind the discipline,school managers can also take the application of"education story"as the starting point,integrate the story education method into school management and explore the school management mode.This paper discusses the application strategy of"story education method"in school management from three aspects:students'story culture,teachers'story culture and principals'story culture.
