针对性舒适护理在呼吸道感染患儿雾化治疗中的应用效果

Application of Targeted Comfortable Nursing in Nebulized Therapy for Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

目的探讨针对性舒适护理在呼吸道感染患儿雾化治疗中的应用效果。方法选取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2018年3月至2020年8月收治的呼吸道感染雾化治疗患儿968例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组484例采用常规护理,试验组484例采用针对性舒适护理。比较2组疗效、症状消失时间(咳痰、肺部啰音、发热等)、舒适度(睡眠、情绪、饮食)评分及不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比较,试验组总有效率显著升高,咳痰、肺部啰音、发热等症状消失时间显著缩短,睡眠、情绪、饮食等各项舒适度评分及总分显著升高,不良反应发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论在呼吸道感染患儿雾化治疗中采用针对性舒适护理,可提高疗效,改善临床症状,提高舒适度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application of targeted comfortable nursing in nebulized therapy for respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 968 children treated by nebulized therapy for respiratory tract infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from March 2018 to August 2020 were randomly assigned to receive either routine nursing(control group,n=484)or targeted comfort nursing(observation group,n=484).The nursing efficacy,symptom disappearance time(expectoration,pulmonary rales,fever,etc.),comfort scores(sleep,emotion,diet,etc.),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,scores of sleep,emotion and diet and total comfort score were increased,the disappearance time of expectoration,pulmonary rales and fever was shortened,and the incidence of adverse reactions was reduced in the observation group(P<0.001).Conclusion The targeted comfort nursing can enhance nursing efficacy,ameliorate clinical symptoms,improve comfort and reduce adverse reactions in children undergoing nebulized therapy for respiratory tract infection.
