新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下大学生防控能力现状及影响因素分析

Current Situation and Influencing Factors of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Ability of College Students

目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情下大学生的防控能力及其影响因素。方法自制问卷,通过问卷星采用便利抽样法对南昌市部分高校全日制在校大学生进行新冠肺炎疫情防控能力调查。采用SPSS25.0软件进行数据分析,单因素和Logistic回归分析分析大学生防控能力的影响因素。结果共获得有效问卷605份,有效率为93.1%,其中88.1%的大学生具备疫情防控能力;超过60%的大学生对传染病防控知识和技能有学习需求;性别、年级、新生入学健康教育、课堂公共卫生安全教育、公共卫生安全知识竞赛、学校卫生安全演练影响大学生防控能力(均P<0.05);女生防控能力高于男生,参加课堂公共卫生安全教育和新生入学健康教育的大学生高于未参加者(均P<0.05)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,大学生防控能力较好;性别、年级、学校安全和健康教育是大学生防控能力的影响因素,高校应在这些方面更加关注。

Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of COVID-19 prevention and control ability of college students.Methods Using a convenience sampling method,full-time students in some colleges and universities in Nanchang were surveyed about their COVID-19 prevention and control ability by Questionnaire Star with a self-administered questionnaire.The data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software,and the influencing factors for college students'prevention and control ability were analyzed by univariate and logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 605(93.1%)valid questionnaires were obtained,and 88.1%of the college students had the epidemic prevention and control ability.More than 60%of the college students had a need to learn knowledge and skills regarding infectious disease prevention and control.The gender,grade,health education for freshmen,public health safety education,public health safety knowledge competition and health safety drill affected the prevention and control ability of college students(P<0.05).Female students had stronger prevention and control ability than male students,and those who participated in public health safety education in class and health education for freshmen had stronger prevention and control ability than those did not attend health education(P<0.05).Conclusion College students have considerable prevention and control ability under COVID-19 epidemic.The gender,grade,school safety and health education are factors affecting college students'prevention and control ability.Therefore,universities and colleges should pay more attention to these influencing factors.
