疾病适应性反应的研究进展

Research Progress in Adaptive Response to Diseases

适应性反应是指机体在各种刺激的作用下,通过多种适应性表现来提升组织抗损伤的能力,维持其在不同环境条件下的稳态。适应性反应在人类各种疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。不同疾病的适应性反应表现也不同。研究适应性反应能更好地为预防和治疗疾病提供有效依据,是当代世界医学领域面临的新机遇与新挑战。文章参考近几年文献,对疾病的适应性反应及其机制进行综述。

Adaptive response refers to the ability of body to resist damage and maintain homeostasis in different environmental conditions through a variety of adaptive performance under various stimuli.Adaptive response plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various human diseases.Different diseases have different adaptive responses.Research on adaptive response can better provide effective basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases,which is a new opportunity and challenge in the field of medicine in the contemporary world.In this paper,the adaptive response to diseases and its mechanisms are reviewed with reference to the literature in recent years.
