地方本科高校向应用技术型院校转型的探索与思考--以内蒙古自治区为例

Exploration and Thinking on the Transformation of Local Universities to the Application-oriented Technical Universities--A Case Study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

部分普通本科高校向应用型转变是内蒙古自治区深入推进高等教育结构调整、加快应用技术人才培养、适应地区经济转型升级的重要举措。但是在试点高校转型中存在观念落后、学科专业特色不鲜明、职业教育体系建设不完善、产学研合作不深入等问题。为加强内蒙古应用型高校的转型建设,需要从转变办学理念、优化学科专业设置、完善职教体系建设、建设双师型教师队伍、深化产学研合作、人才培养与国际化接轨等方面探索转型的有效途径。

Some regular universities should be transformed to application-oriented universities;this is an important measure for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to further promote the structural adjustment of higher education,speed up the training of applied technology talents and adapt to the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.However,there are some problems in the transformation of the pilot universities,such as backward concepts,unclear characteristics of disciplines and specialties,imperfect construction of vocational education system,and lack of in-depth industry-university-research cooperation.In order to strengthen the transformation and construction of application-based universities in Inner Mongolia,it is necessary to explore effective ways of transformation from the following aspects:updating the school-running concept,optimizing the discipline and specialty setting,improving the construction of vocational education system,building a team of double-position teachers,deepening the industry-university-research cooperation,and training international talents.
