Research on Practical Teaching and Construction of Applied Talent Training System in Colleges and Universities

信息化时代对复合型人才的需求更加旺盛,但目前一些高校由于人才培养目标定位不准确,课程设置和专业结构设置不符合社会需求等问题导致所培养的人才实践能力差,创新能力不足。因此,亟须进行教学改革,把实践教学作为教学重点,构建应用型人才培养体系。

There is a huge demand for interdisciplinary talents in the information age.However,some colleges and universities lack the clear talent training objectives,and their setting of curriculum and specialty structure does not meet the social needs,so the talents they train are weak in practice and innovation.Therefore,it is urgent for colleges and universities to carry out teaching reform,prioritize practice teaching,and construct the applied talent training system.
