地方新建本科院校体育教育专业校企协同育人模式实践探究

Practical Study on University-Enterprise Collaborative Education Mode in Local New Universities

随着经济发展进入新常态,人才供给与需求关系发生了深刻变化。面对经济结构深刻调整、产业升级步伐加快,高等教育结构性矛盾更加突出,同质化倾向严重,毕业生就业难和就业质量低的问题仍未有效缓解。因此,积极引导地方新建本科院校向应用型高校转型,从而适应国家经济社会发展的客观需要,是遵循高等教育发展规律的必然选择,是实现地方特色院校发展的必由之路,也是缓解大学生就业压力的现实需求。该文以集宁师范学院体育学院为例,在总结目前校企合作经验的基础上,提出人才培养过程中存在的一些问题,结合实践效果进行分析总结。

With the economic development entering a new normal,the relationship between talent supply and demand has undergone profound changes.The profound adjustment of economic structure and the accelerated pace of industrial upgrading is accompanied by sharper structural contradictions of higher education,homogenization trend,and graduates’employment difficulty and low-quality jobs.Therefore,actively guiding the local new universities to transform into application-oriented universities to meet the objective needs of national economic and social development is the inevitable choice to follow the law of higher education development,the only way to realize the development of local characteristic universities,and the realistic demand to alleviate the employment pressure of students.Taking School of Physical Education of Jining Normal University as an example,by summarizing the current experience of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper put forward some problems existing in personnel training,and analyzed and summarized them in combination with the practice effect.
