The Harmonious Beauty of Chinese Clothing

[研究意义]中华和合文化源远流长、代代相传,涉及国人生活诸多方面。中华服饰,作为和合思想的重要物化形式之一,曾是古中国的标志,在制作设计、服饰功能和审美追求方面都体现着和合的丰富内涵。[研究方法]文章通过大量的文献梳理,评述传统服饰的和合思想。[研究结果及结论]传统服饰的衣制款式、颜色材质、图案纹饰反映出天人合一的设计理念。服饰有等、男女异服、胡服汉装的服饰礼制则体现出国人特有的"等级之和""阴阳之和"。服饰搭配的和谐,以及服饰与人体结合的新体,更彰显着人类身心和合的美学追求。

Chinese harmonious culture has a long history and influences many aspects of Chinese life. Chinese clothing, as one of the important material forms of the thought of harmony, was once a symbol of ancient China. Chinese clothing, whether it’s production design, clothing function or clothing aesthetic, embodies the rich connotation of the spirit of harmony. The styles, colors,materials, patterns and decorations all reflect the design concept of harmony between human and nature. The dress etiquette system, such as clothing classification, different clothes for men and women, coexistence of Hu dress and Han dress, reflect the unique harmony between classes and the harmony of Yin and Yang. The harmony of clothing collocation, and the new individual combining clothing with the human body, further demonstrates the aesthetic pursuit of harmony in body and mind.
