双工位马铃薯切种装置的仿真设计与制造

摘要 目前,马铃薯的块茎的切种工作仍以人工为主,耗时长,成本高,因此研制了一种小型、高效的双工位马铃薯块茎切割装置。利用UG、ANSYS和ADAMS等软件对机器进行三维模型的建立、有限元和仿真运动分析,并制造实物样机,验证装置实际操作的可行性。试验结果表明:使用该装置所得的马铃薯种子合格率达到98%,且相同时间切种数量远高与人工操作,操作简便,安全可靠,可以满足马铃薯行业的需求。 At present,the potato tuber cutting work is still mainly manual,time-consuming and high cost,so this project is to develop a small and efficient double station potato tuber cutting device,using UG,ANSYS,Adams and other software to carry out three-dimensional model building,finite element and simulation motion analysis of the machine,and manufacturing a physical prototype to verify the feasibility of the actual operation of the device.The experiment shows that the qualified rate of potato seeds obtained by using the device is up to 98%,and the number of seeds cut at the same time is far higher than that of manual operation,which is easy to operate,safe and reliable,and can meet the needs of potato industry.
