基于回归拟合的深松耕作阻力测试系统改进设计 被引量:4

摘要 了解深松阻力、合理配置深松动力是提高深松作业效率重要环节之一。为此,针对现有普遍使用的深松阻力测量系统因需要通过两台拖拉机串联工作的方式而增加了对测试田块要求和测试系统安装的难度,还会存在应力贴片粘接不牢、数据采集样本不足等问题,提出了通过测定振动系统对深松铲的振动力变化来计算深松阻力的方法。将拉压传感器安装在深松铲受振端,以回归拟合为基本工具,借助传感器的标定获取单位压力和电信号回归拟合关系式,通过负载力与采集力之间拟合函数近似替代深松中的耕作阻力,并将结果与传统测试方法进行验证对比,结果表明:改进后测试系统与传统测试方法相比的误差为0.721%~3.60%,克服了传统测试方法的局限性,提供了更准确、更便捷的深松阻力测定方法。 One of the important links to improve the efficiency of subsoiling operation is to understand the resistance of subsoiling and reasonably allocate the dynamic force of subsoiling.In view of the fact that the commonly used measuring system of subsoiling resistance needs to work in series with two tractors,which raises the requirements for the size of the test field and the difficulty of the installation of the testing system.In addition,there are some problems such as the poor adhesion of stress patches and the lack of data collection samples.This paper proposes to calculate the subsoiling resistance by measuring the vibration force change of the vibration system on the subsoiling shovel Method.Therefore,in this paper,the tension and pressure sensor is installed on the vibration end of the deep loose shovel.The regression fitting relationship between unit pressure and electrical signal is obtained by the calibration of the sensor.The fitting function between the load force and the collection force is used to replace the farming resistance in the deep loose approximately.The result is verified and compared with the traditional test method,and the error is 0.721%-3.60%.The result shows that the improved testing system solves the limitations of traditional testing methods,and provides a more accurate and convenient method for measuring the resistance of subsoil.
