摘要 为解决现有撒肥机颗粒肥料抛撒均匀性差且无法实现变量撒肥等问题,设计了一种双圆盘离心式液控变量撒肥机。首先,介绍了该离心式撒肥机的结构及工作原理,利用离散元仿真软件EDEM进行圆盘转速、搅龙转速、行走速度对撒肥均匀性单因素离散元仿真分析,并进行室外试验。结果表明:颗粒肥料抛撒均匀性最佳组合为:圆盘转速1600r/min、搅龙转速400r/min、行走速度1m/s时,横向撒肥变异系数最小为20.75%。仿真结果与实际试验验证结果基本一致,满足实际生产要求,可为变量撒肥机设计提供设计参考。 In order to solve the problem of poor uniformity of granular fertilizer spreading in the existing fertilizer spreader and the variable fertilizer spreading cannot be realized,this paper designed a double-disk centrifugal liquid-controlled variable fertilizer spreader,first introduced the centrifugal fertilizer spreader The structure and working principle of the system;and the discrete element simulation software EDEM is used to perform single-element discrete element simulation analysis of the disc rotation speed,auger rotation speed and walking speed on the uniformity of fertilizer spreading,and the outdoor test is carried out.The results show that the best combination of granular fertilizer spreading uniformity is the disk rotation speed of 1600r/min,the agitator rotation speed of 400r/min,and the minimum coefficient of lateral fertilizer spreading variation when the walking speed is 1m/s is 20.75%.The simulation results and the actual test verification results are basically Consistent,can better meet the actual production requirements,the research results provide design reference for the design of variable spreader.
