摘要
为使再生稻收获机在加宽割幅降低碾压率的同时不降低收获机作业效率,设计了附加切割器,使再生稻收获机共具有3组切割器,作用分别为:割台切割器在保证穗幅差的前提下进行穗头收获,附加上层切割器将要还田的茎秆提前分段切割使其尽快还田,附加底层切割器用于指定高度的留茬作业。以Y两优911为试验对象进行了再生稻收获机与普通收获机收获的对比试验,结果表明:试验装置将直行区域碾压率由50%降低至30%,再生季水稻平均增产1950kg/hm^(2)。同时,进行了附加切割器装置的正交试验,结果表明:在机组前进速度0.97m/s、割茬高度400mm、切割器驱动轴转速400r/min时,附加切割器作业效果最佳。
In order to make the wide-cutting ratoon rice reduce the rolling rate by widening the cutting width without reducing its operating efficiency,the additional cutters were designed in this project makes the ratoon rice harvester has three sets of cutter:Header cutter for spike head harvest,Additional first layer cuts the stems that will be returned to the field in advance to make them return to the field as soon as possible;the additional second layer cutter is used for stubble operation at the specified height.In this paper,Y Liangyou 911 was used as the test object to conduct a comparative test of the harvest of the ratoon rice harvester and the ordinary harvester.The test showed that the test device reduced the rolling rate of the straight area from 50% to 30%,and the average yield of rice in the regeneration season increased by 130 kg/mu.The orthogonal test of the additional cutters showed that the additional cutters work best when the unit has a speed of 0.97 m/s,a stubble height of 400mm,and a cutter drive shaft speed of 400r/min.
