特殊教育高职院校人才培养方案修订理念与路径探索 被引量:4

摘要 文章认为,特殊教育高职院校人才培养方案的修订既要遵循高职教育一般规律,又要充分尊重培养对象的特殊性,应在“高职”与“中职”、“高教”与“职教”、“普教”与“特教”三对关系中把握高等特殊职业教育的内涵;结合各特殊教育高职院校办学实际,以“技能型”为人才培养目标,以“社会融入”“就业技能”为主线,以“因材施教、因地制宜、因势利导”为立足点,按照“一个目标、二条主线、三个立足点”的思路完成人才培养方案的修订工作;方案实施中,坚持产出导向,通过产教融合、书证融通、大力推进“互联网+”教学等手段,满足不同残疾类型学生的学习需求,创新服务供给模式,提高残疾学生职业技能水平,为社会贡献才干。 The revision of the talent training plan of special education higher vocational colleges should not only follow the general laws of higher vocational education,but also fully respect the particularity of the training objects.The connotation of higher special vocational education should be grasped in the three-pair relationship of“education”,“general education”and“special education”.Combining with the actual running of various special education higher vocational colleges,with“skilled type”as the goal of talent training,with“social integration”and“employment skills”as the main line,“teaching in accordance with their aptitude,local conditions,and guidance”as the foothold,in accordance with“one goal,two main lines,three footholds”idea will complete the revision of the talent training program.In the implementation of the plan,we should adhere to the output orientation,through the integration of production and education,the integration of books and certificates,and vigorously promote the“Internet+”teaching,to meet the learning needs of students with different types of disabilities,to innovate the service supply model,to improve the professional skills of disabled students,and to contribute to the society.
