特教学校协同教学实践分析

Analysis of Collaborative Teaching Practice in Special Education School

摘要 随着融合教育的逐渐发展,特教学校的学生障碍程度与障碍类型逐渐复杂化,传统分科式班级授课制很难满足学生的学习需要。协同教学模式的灵活性、高效性和个别化特点越来越突显,在特教学校广泛施行。文章阐释了协同教学的含义和实施程序,主要包括“组建团队、协同备课、协同授课、协同反思”四部分,从提高教师理论认识,加强教师交流合作,构建完善管理机制等角度分析协同教学模式施行的有效路径,期望对特教学校教学实践有所启发。 With the gradual development of integrated education,the degree of obstacles and types of obstacles in special education schools have gradually become complicated.The traditional class-based teaching system cannot meet the learning needs of students.The flexibility,efficiency,and individual characteristics of the collaborative teaching model have become more prominent and have been widely implemented in special education schools.The article explains the meaning and implementation procedures of collaborative teaching,which mainly includes four parts:“team formation,collaborative preparation,collaborative teaching,and collaborative reflection”.The collaborative teaching model is analyzed from the perspectives of improving teachers’theoretical understanding,strengthening teachers’communication and cooperation,and constructing and improving management mechanisms.The effective path of implementation is expected to inspire the teaching practice of special education schools.
