^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在肺外原发恶性肿瘤合并恶性肺结节诊断中的价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在肺外原发恶性肿瘤合并恶性肺结节(肿块)中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年7月-2020年9月32例肺外原发恶性肿瘤伴恶性肺结节(肿块)的^(18)F-FDG PET/C T显像,以病理结果为金标准,将32例患者分为两组:原发肺癌组与肺转移癌组。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义,评价^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在肺外原发恶性肿瘤合并恶性肺结节诊断价值。结果:32例患者肺结节(肿块)SUVmax原发肺癌组肺结节与肺转移癌组肺结节SUVmax差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);原发肺癌组及肺转移癌组两组间血管集束征及分叶有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在肺外原发恶性肿瘤合并恶性肺结节(肿块)时,除了考虑原发肺癌外,还应考虑肺转移癌的可能性。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in primary malignant tumors with malignant pulmonary nodules.Methods Retrospective analysis of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging results of 32 cases from July 2016 to September 2020 of extrapulmonary primary malignant tumor with malignant pulmonary nodules,based on the pathological results of pulmonary lesions.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,to evaluate the diagnostic value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in extrapulmonary primary malignant tumor with malignant pulmonary nodules.Results SUVmax for pulmonary nodules in 32 patients,there was no difference in SUVmax between the two groups(P﹥0.05);There were statistically significant vascular cluster signs between the primary lung cancer group and the lung metastatic cancer group,burr and pleural pull depression were not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the case of extrapulmonary primary malignant tumor combined with malignant pulmonary nodules,in addition to the primary lung cancer.
