核磁共振成像检查在诊断膝关节损伤中的效果分析

Effect analysis of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of knee joint injury

目的:研究膝关节损伤中核磁共振成像检查的应用价值。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年4月我院80例膝关节损伤治疗患者,所有患者分别实施核磁共振成像检查、CT检查,分析指标:核磁共振成像检查、CT检查的疾病检出率(多处骨折、单处骨折、软组织肿大、前交叉韧带损伤、半月板损伤、内侧副韧带损伤)、损伤分级(1~4级)。结果:核磁共振成像多处骨折、单处骨折、软组织肿大、前交叉韧带损伤、半月板损伤中的疾病检出率相比于CT检查有显著性指标优势(P<0.05),两种检查的损伤分级对比结果优势小组均为核磁共振成像(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节损伤诊断中核磁共振成像检查具备理想应用价值,可提高疾病检出率。

Objective To study the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in knee joint injury.Methods 80 patients with knee joint injury treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into analysis group and reference group by drawing lot.The analysis group(40 cases)underwent MRI examination,while the reference group(40 cases)underwent CT examination.The indexes of the two groups were analyzed:Detection rate of disease(multiple fractures,single fractures,soft tissue enlargement,anterior cruciate ligament injury,meniscus injury,medial collateral ligament injury),injury grade(grade 1~4).Results Compared with the reference group,the detection rate of multiple fracture,single fracture and anterior cruciate ligament injury in the analysis group had a significant index advantage(P<0.05).The results of injury grading comparison between the two groups showed that the dominant groups were all in the analysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has ideal application value in the diagnosis of knee joint injury and can improve the detection rate of the disease.
