老年前列腺癌患者应用3.0T磁共振高b值扩散加权成像的诊断效能分析

摘要 目的:探讨3.0T磁共振高b值扩散加权成像在诊断高龄前列腺癌中的效果及敏感性和特异性分析。方法:选择2019年9月—2020年9月我院收治的30例高龄前列腺癌患者作为观察组,在选同期30例前列腺增生患者为对照组。依次给予两组患者磁共振成像常规扫描、不同b值扩散加权成像检查。结果:b值为800 s/mm^(2)、1000 s/mm^(2)、1500 s/mm^(2)、2000 s/mm^(2)及2500 s/mm^(2)时,观察组ADC值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。b值>1500 s/mm^(2)、2000 s/mm^(2)及2500 s/mm^(2)时,扩散加权成像诊断前列腺癌的敏感度及准确度均高于800 s/mm^(2)及1000 s/mm^(2)(P<0.05)。结论:运用3.0T磁共振高b值扩散加权成像诊断,b≥1500 s/mm^(2)、2000 s/mm^(2)及2500 s/mm^(2)时,可显著改善前列腺癌的诊断准确率,值得在临床中被推广和使用。
