SH复配无机材料加固黄土工程特性试验研究

摘要 为了研究不同掺量的水泥、石灰和SH单独固化黄土与SH和水泥复配、SH和石灰复配固化黄土的强度特性,通过室内试验对试样进行了抗剪和强度试验,研究新型高分子材料SH复配不同掺量的水泥和石灰改良黄土的工程特性,并探讨了养护龄期对抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:试件抗压强度和水泥掺量呈线性正相关,养护龄期对SH改良黄土的抗压强度工程特性的影响大于抗剪强度,SH掺量对黄土试件的抗压强度和抗剪强度工程特性改良相当。SH和水泥复配、SH和石灰复配固化黄土的抗压强度得到了很大程度提高,因此,在实际工程中根据工程需求的固化强度,计算所需SH的掺量与水泥和石灰复配,可为工程节约成本。 The experimental study on the solidification of loess with SH and cement,SH and lime was carried out by using different amounts of cement,lime and SH.The engineering properties of cement and lime with different doping amounts of SH,a new polymer material,were studied,and the effects of anti-pressure strength during the maintenance age were discussed.The results show that the pressure strength and cement doping of the test piece are linearly positively correlated.The effect of the maintenance age on the pressure-resistant strength engineering characteristics of SH improved loess is greater than the shear strength,and the amount of SH doping has equal effect on the pressure-resistant strength and shear strength engineering characteristics of the loess test pieces.The pressure strength of SH and cement compounding,SH and lime recompression cured loess has been greatly improved,so it is necessary to calculate the amount of SH mixed with cement and lime in the actual project according to the curing strength of the project needs,which can save the cost of the project.
