摘要
针对目前带有一定坡度的中心城区地下连通道非开挖施工案例和相关研究较少的问题,依托具体工程实例,开展中心城区带坡度的地下连通道矩形顶管施工关键技术研究,研究了矩形顶管施工设备选型、上坡顶进井内始发导轨和反力后靠改造、矩形顶管进出洞和触变泥浆注浆减阻等施工技术,为背景工程的顺利实施提供了技术支撑。
Aiming at the problems of trenchless construction cases and less relevant research in the central urban area with a certain slope at present,relying on specific engineering examples,this paper carries out the research on the key technology of rectangular pipe jacking construction in the central urban area with slope,and studies the selection of rectangular pipe jacking construction equipment,the transformation of starting guide rail and reaction back in the uphill jacking well.The construction technologies such as rectangular pipe jacking in and out of the tunnel and thixotropic slurry grouting for drag reduction provide technical support for the smooth implementation of the background project.
