摘要 建筑信息化的显著优势使BIM技术的应用在建筑行业受到普遍认可。传统的管线综合由于二维图纸的局限性,空间碰撞问题较难暴露,基于BIM技术辅助管线综合,三维可视化可以更加直观准确地反映各管线的信息,在施工图设计阶段能够高效地辅助解决管线碰撞、困难点管线布置等问题。通过分析某项目地下车库管综辅助设计优化思路,同时讨论了喷淋支管位置对管道排布的影响,结果表明:BIM技术的辅助应用极大提高了管线综合的效率并合理调整了地库各困难点管道排布,提前规避多处施工过程返工问题,减少后期施工管道碰撞的概率,在满足地库净高要求的同时提高了地库管线排布的美观性。 The remarkable advantages of building informatization make the application of BIM Technology widely recognized in the construction industry.Due to the limitation of two-dimensional drawings,the traditional pipeline colligate is difficult to expose the problem of space collision.Based on BIM Technology to assist pipeline colligate,three-dimensional visualization can more intuitively and accurately reflect the information of each pipeline.In the construction drawing design stage,it can effectively assist in solving the problems of pipeline collision and pipeline layout at difficult points.This paper analyzes the auxiliary design optimization idea of underground garage comprehensive management,and discusses the influence of spray branch pipe position on pipeline layout.The results show that the auxiliary application of BIM Technology greatly improves the efficiency of pipeline colligate,and reasonably adjusts the pipeline layout at each difficult point of underground garage,so as to avoid the rework problem in many construction processes in advance,and reduce the probability of pipeline collision in later construction.It not only meets the requirement of clear height of basement,but also improves the aesthetics of pipeline layout.
