摘要
利用高速电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢表面制备了FeNiCrBSiNbW非晶涂层,随后对其进行了不同温度的热处理,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、电子万能试验机、显微硬度计、纳米压痕仪和磁致伸缩空蚀仪等研究了不同温度热处理对涂层的组织结构、力学性能和空蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,FeNiCrBSiNbW非晶涂层的非晶相含量、孔隙率、结合强度与断裂韧性逐渐降低,硬度与弹性模量逐渐增大,涂层在蒸馏水中的抗空蚀性能逐渐下降;喷涂态涂层的空蚀失效形式主要是片层状的脆性剥落。
FeNiCrBSiNbW amorphous coatings were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by high velocity wire arc spraying technology,and then it was heat treated at different temperatures.The effects of heat treatment at different temperatures on microstructure,mechanical properties and cavitation erosion behavior of the coatings were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer analysis,differential scanning calorimeter,electronic universal testing machine,microhardness tester,nano indentation instrument and magnetostrictive cavitation erosion instrument.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the amorphous phase content,porosity,bonding strength and fracture toughness of the FeNiCrBSiNbW amorphous coatings gradually decrease,the hardness and elastic modulus gradually increase,and the cavitation resistance of the coating in distilled water gradually decreases.The cavitation failure mode of the as-sprayed coating is mainly lamellar brittle spalling.
