豆腐果苷抗血栓形成及减轻脑内炎症因子的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨豆腐渣果的活性成分豆腐果苷的抗血栓和减轻脑内炎症因子释放的作用。方法:采用大鼠下腔静脉血栓模型和花生四烯酸颈内动脉注射诱发急性脑血栓形成模型,检测豆腐果苷干预花生四烯酸颈内动脉注射诱发急性脑血栓形成模型后,动物脑组织中炎症因子含量的情况,并对豆腐果苷抑制脑内炎症的作用机制进行了初步分析。结果:豆腐果苷对两种血栓模型均有明显的对抗作用,说明豆腐果苷在体内具有显著的抗血栓形成作用。结论:对花生四烯酸诱导的急性脑血栓动物模型,豆腐果苷能明显降低血脑屏障的通透性,且能降低炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β的含量,其减轻急性脑血栓大鼠脑内炎症的作用机制与抑制花生四烯酸代谢脂氧酶途径的炎症反应有关。 Objective To explore the effect on anti-thrombosis andalleviating the release of inflammatory factors in brain by the active ingredient of helicid in Helicia nilagirica Bedd,Rat venous thrombosis caused by inferior vena cava ligation method and acute cerebral thrombosis induced by infection of arachidonic acid via intracarotid artery method were used to evaluate the anti-thrombotic effect of helicid.Methods At the same time the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of helicid on brain inflammation was preliminarily analyzed.Resudts helicid had obvious antagonistic function on the two thrombosis models,which indicated that helicid had significant anti-thrombotic effect in vivo.Conclusion In the acute cerebral thrombosis model tests caused by the injection of arachidonic acid,helicid can significantly reduce the permeability of blood-brain barrier,and reduce the contents of inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-1β.The mechanism of reducing inflammation in rats with acute cerebral thrombosis is related to inhibiting the inflammatory reaction of arachidonic acid metabolism lipoxygenase pathway.
