This paper introduces Professor Li Shuping's clinical experience in treating patients with yin deficiency blood heat of obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome by Bao Yin decoction combined with western medicine.Professor Li Shuping takes clearing heat and nourishing blood,solid washing and calming the fetus as the basic treatment method,and combines Bao Yin decoction with western medicine to improve the success rate of early pregnancy andreduce pregnancy loss rates.Its curative effect is significant,which provides the treatment idea of traditional Chinese and western medicine for clinical immune recurrent abortion.
