Regional Promotion of Family Education Guidance Service System:Basic Characteristics,Realistic Dilemma and Implementation Path

在构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系的背景下,区域推进是重要层级,在构建家庭教育指导服务体系,切实提升我国的家庭教育质量中具有重要的价值。该文系统地分析了区域推进家庭教育指导服务体系应具备公平高效、科学系统、多元参与和区域特色的基本特征,并基于现实困境,提出了具有针对性的实施路径,以浙江省安吉县为案例分析,为区域推进家庭教育指导服务体系提供一定的工作思路和行动借鉴。

Within the context of building the family education guidance service system in urban and rural areas,regional promotion is a vital level.Regional promotion has important value in promoting the implementation of family education guidance system,as well as delivering high quality of family education guidance services to hundreds of millions of families.This paper systematically analyzes the basic characteristics of regional promotion of family education guidance service system,which should be fairness and efficiency,scientific and systematic,have diversified participation,and have regional characteristics.Moreover,this paper puts forward targeted implementation paths based on practical difficulties.Taking Anji County in Zhejiang Province as a case to demonstrate,we provide some practical references for regional promotion of family education guidance service system.
