企业信息化绩效是信息化业务价值的综合体现。企业信息化绩效评价作为一个系统工程,具有持续性、复杂性、整体性的特点,它对改善企业信息化实施效果,提高企业信息化管理水平,充分发挥信息技术作用,提高企业核心竞争力,都具有重要意义。ITIL作为信息技术基础架构库,为企业提供规范运维流程的最佳方法。基于ITIL探究企业信息化绩效评价方法体系的构建,提出企业信息化绩效评价系统的设计思路,为实际管理中企业信息化绩效评价工作的改进完善提出意见和建议。

Enterprise informatization performance is the comprehensive embodiment of informatization business value.As a systematic project,the performance evaluation of enterprise informatization has the characteristics of continuity,complexity and integrity.It is of great significance to improve the implementation effect of enterprise informatization,enhance the management level of enterprise informatization,give full play to the role of information technology,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.As an information technology infrastructure library,ITIL enables enterprises to find the best way and method to standardize the operation and maintenance process,which is known as the bible of IT service management.This paper explores the construction of enterprise informatization performance evaluation system based on ITIL,proposes the design ideas of the system,and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the improvement and perfection of enterprise informatization performance evaluation work in actual management.
