外源调节物质对低温下棉种萌发的影响

Effects of Exogenous Regulators on Cotton Seed Germination with Low Temperature

通过开展低温下棉种萌发试验,研究不同外源物质对棉种低温萌发的影响,并筛选出最佳浓度的外源调节物质。结果显示8种外源物质均不同程度提高低温胁迫下棉种的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数(GI),缩短平均发芽时间(MTG),其中以赤霉素(GA3)效果较好。新陆早65号和海岛棉35号经100mg·L^(-1)GA3处理后,其发芽率、发芽势和GI在15℃(光照)/12℃(黑暗)下平均增加26.50%、7.75%和4;在28℃(光照)/25℃(黑暗)下平均增加5.25%、13%和6.14,MTG降低0.94d;而20mg·L^(-1)的抑制剂脱落酸和5.88mg·L^(-1)的多效唑对棉种萌发的抑制作用最大,综合比较发现外源GA3对低温下棉种的萌发效果最好。

The effects of different exogenous substances on cottonseed germination at low temperature were studied,and the optimal concentration of exogenous regulatory substances was screened.The results showed that the 8 exogenous substances increased the germination rate,germination potential and germination index(GI),and shortened the average germination time(MTG).And the gibberellin(GA3)had the best effect among 8 exogenous.After 100mg·L^(-1) GA3 treatment,the germination rate,germination potential and GI of Xinluzao No.65 and island cotton No.35 increased by 26.50%,7.75%and 4,respectively,on average at 15℃(light)/12℃(dark).At 28℃(light)/25℃(darkness),the average increase was 5.25%,13%,6.14,respectively,MTG decreased by 0.94d.Abscisic acid(20mg·L^(-1))and paclobutrazol(5.88mg·L^(-1))had the greatest inhibitory effect on cotton seed germination.Comprehensive comparison showed that exogenous GA3 had the best effect on cotton seed germination at low temperature.
