摘要
文章针对大规模并网光伏电站出力波动较大的问题,提出一种光伏组件和运行方式的组合及其容量优化配置的方法。该方法考虑光伏系统在典型天气下出力特性的互补性、初始投资成本、运行维护成本、占地面积等因素建立数学模型,从而进行容量配置。实例研究表明:与各组合的光伏系统单独运行时相比,最优容量配置方案可降低光伏电站出力波动34.63%~50.97%,降低平准化度电成本7.81%~10.31%;土地成本升高时,单位容量占地面积小的运行方式的容量配比逐渐增加;初始投资至少需要降低30%,方可使共和光伏实证基地平准化度电成本小于该地区最新上网指导电价。
In order to reduce the output fluctuation of utility-scale grid-connected photovoltaic plants, a method and model of the combination of PV module and operation mode of photovoltaic array and capacity optimization configuration were proposed. In this method, the complementarity of the output characteristics of PV system of the combination under typical weather conditions,initial investment cost, operation and maintenance cost and other factors were considered to establish a mathematical model for capacity allocation. The case study shows that: compared with of the single operation of PV system of each combination, the optimal capacity allocation scheme can reduce the output fluctuation of photovoltaic plants by 34.63% ~50.97%, and reduce the levelized kilowatt-hour cost by 7.81%~10.31%;With the increase of land cost, the capacity ratio of the combination with small area per unit capacity increases gradually;The initial investment needs to be reduced by at least 30% to make the levelized kilowatt-hour cost of Gonghe photovoltaic demonstration base less than the latest feed in price in the region.
