服药护理指导对精神病患者治疗依从性的改善作用

Improvement Effect of Medication Nursing Guidance on Treatment Compliance of Psychiatric Patients

目的探讨服药护理指导对精神病患者治疗依从性的改善作用。方法入组对象为我院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的196例精神病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(98例)患者实施一般护理,研究组(98例)患者在对照组基础上进行服药护理指导,对比两组的干预效果。结果两组护理2周后和护理4周后的BPRS评分均低于护理前,且研究组护理2周后和护理4周后的BPRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,研究组依从性为61.22%,对照组为57.14%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组依从性为91.84%,对照组为76.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用服药护理指导对精神病患者进行干预可提高其服药依从性,改善其精神病状况。

Objective To investigate the improvement effect of medication nursing guidance on treatment compliance of psychiatric patients.Methods Into the set of objects for the hospital in August 2018 to August 2019 treated 196 cases of psychiatric patients,randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group(98 cases)were given general nursing care.The patients in the study group(98 cases)were given medication and nursing guidance on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the BPRS score of 2 weeks and 4 weeks in both groups was lower than that before nursing,and the BPRS score of 2 weeks and 4 weeks in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the compliance of the study group was 61.22%,and the control group was 57.14%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the compliance of the study group was 91.84%,and the control group was 76.53%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of medication nursing guidance can improve medication compliance and mental state of mental patients.
