奥氮平与喹硫平对小儿精神障碍患者不良反应及睡眠质量的影响分析

Effects of Olanzapine and Quetiapine on Adverse Reactions and Sleep Quality in Children with Mental Disorders

目的观察在患有精神障碍的小儿患儿药物治疗当中,奥氮平与喹硫平的不同应用效果。方法选择我院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的34例小儿精神障碍患儿为分析对象,将其随机均匀分成参照组和研究组。给予参照组患儿奥氮平治疗,而研究组患儿接受喹硫平治疗。观察两组患儿接受不同药物治疗后不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后的睡眠质量。结果研究组患儿治疗后不良反应发生率显著低于参照组患儿,其中研究组患儿低血压发生率低于参照组患儿,嗜睡发生率与参照组患儿一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,研究组与参照组患儿PSQI量表评分别为(14.22±2.76)分、(14.11±2.87)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组与参照组患儿PSQI量表评分分别为(9.24±1.26)分、(9.13±1.45)分,均低于治疗前评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于小儿精神障碍患儿的治疗药物选择而言,奥氮平与喹硫平的效果大致相当,在临床中都可以进行应用。

Objective To observe the different application effects of olanzapine and quetiapine in the treatment of children with mental disorders.Methods Thirty-four children with mental disorders admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the analysis objects,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group.The reference group was treated with olanzapine,and the study group received quetiapine treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions and the sleep quality before and after treatment were observed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the reference group.The incidence of hypotension in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the incidence of lethargy was the same as that of the reference group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,the PSQI scores of the children in the study group and the reference group were(14.22±2.76)and(14.11±2.87)points,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI of the children in the study group and the reference group were(9.24±1.26)points and(9.13±1.45)points,which were lower than the pre-treatment scores.The difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the choice of therapeutic drugs for children with mental disorders,olanzapine and quetiapine have roughly the same effect,and can be used in clinical practice.
