奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Nedaplatin Chemotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的评价中晚期宫颈癌患者采取奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗的预后效果,在了解治疗效果的基础上为中晚期宫颈癌放化疗治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法选择我院2017年10月至2019年2月收治治疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者,取80例。结合放化疗方法的不同,将80例中晚期宫颈癌患者分组治疗。参照组40例患者行顺铂化疗联合放疗,试验组40例患者行奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗。采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评估患者的生活质量,采用卡氏功能量表(KPS)评估患者的功能状态。对比放化疗治疗后两组中晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗情况,包括治疗效果、安全性以及生活质量、功能状态改善情况。结果试验组中晚期宫颈癌患者行放化疗治疗后总有效率92.50%高于参照组(70.00%),不良反应发生率10.00%低于参照组(30.00%),P<0.05;试验组中晚期宫颈癌患者的EORTC QLQ-C30评分、KPS评分均明显高于参照组,P<0.05。结论对比顺铂化疗联合放疗,奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌整体预后效果更佳,安全性高、有效性高,提高了患者的生活质量与功能状况。

Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer,and to provide a reference for the selection of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer based on the understanding of the treatment effect.Methods We selected 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019.Combined with the different methods of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,80 patients with advanced cervical cancer were treated in groups.Forty patients in the reference group received cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,and 40 patients in the experimental group received nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy.The quality of life of the patients was assessed by the European Organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life scale(EORTC QLQ-C30),and the functional status of the patients was assessed by Kaplan function scale(KPS).The treatment status of the two groups of patients with advanced cervical cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy were compared,including the treatment effect,safety,and improvement of quality of life and functional status.Results After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.50%higher than that in the reference group(70.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%lower than that in the reference group(30.00%)(P<0.05).The EORTC QLQ-C30 score and KPS score of patients with advanced cervical cancer in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy has a better overall prognostic effect in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,with high safety and effectiveness,which improves the quality of life and functional status of patients.
