系统心脏康复护理对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Systemic Cardiac Rehabilitation Care on Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察系统心脏康复护理措施干预应用在冠心病患者日常护理中对其生活质量的影响以及临床应用价值。方法选取2019年4月至2020年12月北票市中心医院收治的58例冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机单双数字法将其分为研究组、对照组,对照组予以常规护理措施,研究组则在常规护理的基础上予以系统心脏康复护理方案。以生理功能、社会功能、生理健康、心理健康情况的相关数据为影响其生活质量的参考依据,对两组方案的护理效果进行对比,并评估护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理角色限制、整体生理健康、活力、心理健康、情感角色限制、社会功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理角色限制、整体生理健康、活力、心理健康、情感角色限制、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将系统心脏康复护理措施应用在对冠心病患者的日常护理中,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,提升整体护理效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the intervention of systemic cardiac rehabilitation care measures in the daily care of coronary heart disease patients,and to analyze their impact on quality of life and their clinical application value.Methods A total of 58 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Beipiao Central Hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a study group and a control group using a random single and double number method.The control group received routine nursing measures.The study group was given a systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing program on the basis of routine nursing.Taking the relevant data of physiological function,social function,physical health,and mental health as the reference basis for affecting the quality of life,the nursing effect of the two groups of programs was compared,and the nursing satisfaction was evaluated.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in physical function,physical pain,physical role restriction,overall physical health,vitality,mental health,emotional role restriction,and social function scores(P>0.05);after nursing,the study The scores of physiological function,physical pain,physical role restriction,overall physical health,vitality,mental health,emotional role restriction,and social function of the group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing measures in the daily care of patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and enhance the overall nursing effect,which has high clinical application value.
