肺康复护理对间质性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Lung Rehabilitation Nursing on Quality of Life of Patients with Stable Stage of Interstitial Lung Disease

目的探究肺康复护理对间质性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的间质性肺疾病稳定期患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规肺康复护理,主要有保证患者呼吸道通畅、协助患者躺卧保证处于肺扩张体位,告知患者咳嗽技巧等,同时为患者制订饮食方案。试验组在对照组的基础上实行强化肺康复护理干预。比较两组患者肺功能、呼吸困难程度、生活质量及护理满意度等指标。结果试验组患者用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间质性肺疾病稳定期患者经过肺康复护理干预,肺功能得到了较为显著的提高,患者的呼吸困难程度减轻,获得了更好的生活质量,医患关系更加融洽。

Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with interstitial lung disease in stable stage.Methods A total of 120 patients with stable stage of interstitial lung disease from January 2020 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine lung rehabilitation nursing,there were mainly to ensure that the patient airway smooth,to assist patients lying in a position to ensure the expansion of the lung,tell patients cough skills.At the same time,we should make a diet plan for the patients,the experimental group in the control group on the basis of strengthening lung rehabilitation nursing intervention.Pulmonary function,dyspnea degree,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of 63.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with stable interstitial lung disease have undergone pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention,and their lung function has been significantly improved,the patients'breathing difficulties have been reduced,their quality of life has been improved,and the doctor-patient relationship has become more harmonious.
