摘要
山西省小籽粒杂粮作物大多数种植在丘陵地区,地块面积小、形状不规则,大中型农业机械进地通过的道路条件差,农业机械化程度很低。文章通过对小籽粒精量播种机关键部件开沟器进行改进设计,使开沟刀安装方向变化可以进行播深调整;通过对平行四连杆仿形机构的下压力调解装置进行改进设计,提高了平行四连杆机构的仿形适应性,使播种机既能适应于保护性耕作的硬茬播种,也可以适应在旋耕后整地情况较好的土壤播种。
Most small grain and coarse grain crops in Shanxi Province are planted in hilly areas,the road conditions for large and me‐dium-sized agricultural machinery to enter the land are poor,and the degree of agricultural mechanization is very low.By improving the design of the ditcher of the planter,the sowing depth can be adjusted by changing the installation direction of the ditcher knife;By improving the design of the downforce regulating device of the parallel four-bar profiling mechanism,the profiling adaptability of the parallel four-bar mechanism is improved,so that the planter can not only adapt to the hard stubble sowing of conservation till‐age,but also adapt to the soil sowing with better soil preparation after rotary tillage.
