摘要
利用相关分析和通径分析手段,对13个大豆品种的主要农艺性状与小区产量进行了分析。结果表明,与产量呈极显著正相关的农艺性状为单株荚数和单株粒数(r=0.819、r=0.770),与产量呈显著正相关的农艺性状为主茎节数和百粒质量(r=0.540、r=0.483),与产量正相关不显著的农艺性状为生育期、株高和分枝数。各性状对产量的直接效应由大到小依次为单株粒数>百粒质量>主茎分枝数>生育期>单株荚数>株高>主茎节数。由此可见,在大豆新品种选育时,单株粒数和荚数对产量形成的重要作用。
The main agronomic characters and plot yield of 13 different soybean varieties were analyzed by correlation analysis and path analysis.The results showed that the agronomic traits positively correlated with yield were pod number per plant and grain num‐ber per plant(r=0.819,r=0.770),the agronomic traits positively correlated with yield were main stem node number and 100 grain weight(r=0.540,r=0.483),and the agronomic traits not positively correlated with yield were growth period,plant height and branch number.The direct effects of each character on yield from large to small were grain number per plant>100 grain weight>branch number of main stem>growth period>pod number per plant>plant height>node number of main stem.It can be seen that the number of grains and pods per plant play an important role in yield formation in the breeding of new soybean varieties.
