某型穿甲弹弹托材料储存状态下的老化寿命预估

摘要 通过实验室温度老化试验和定期的性能测试,根据试验数据预估其老化寿命。针对某型穿甲弹弹托材料,在实验室开展为期64天,5个不同温度点的温度老化试验。分别通过冲击强度性能测试数据分析,利用阿伦尼乌斯方程进行寿命预估,计算得出某型穿甲弹弹托材料的老化寿命。通过热老化试验与分析认为,以冲击强度保留率作老化性能指标表征,以冲击强度保留率的60 %为失效判据。在常温储存条件(25 ℃)下,老化寿命约21.99年,置信度为95 %。 Through laboratory temperature aging test and regular performance test,the aging life is estimated according to the test data.For a certain type of armor-piercing projectile material,a 64-day temperature aging test at 5 different temperature points was carried out in the laboratory.Through the analysis of the impact strength performance test data,the Arrhenius equation is used to calculate the life expectancy,the aging life of a certain type of armor-piercing projectile material can be calculated.Through thermal aging test and analysis,it is believed that the impact strength retention rate is used as the aging performance index,while 60 % of the impact strength retention rate is used as the failure criterion.Under normal temperature storage conditions (25 ℃),the aging life is about 21.99 years,with a confidence level of 95 %.
