基于可靠性理论风冷冰箱ALT实验研究

摘要 常规风冷冰箱的寿命试验需大量样机以及长时间运行方能得出相关寿命试验数据,目前备受关注的加速寿命(ALT)试验是一种经济有效的试验方法和技术,可缩短寿命试验周期,在短时间内获得产品的寿命信息^([1]),加速寿命试验根据置信度下的MTBF值确定产品设计可靠性指标是否达到设计要求,本文使用加速应力加速风冷冰箱的寿命试验验证,验证结果保证在90 %置信度下MTBF达到87 600 h,达到产品10年寿命可靠性指标。 The life of the conventional wind refrigerator requires a large number of prototypes and long-term operations can result in relevant life test data.At present,the acceleration life (ALT) test is a cost-effective test method and technology that can shorten the life test cycle.In a short time,the life information of the product,the acceleration life test determines whether the product design reliability indicator meets the design requirements according to the MTBF value of the confidence.This paper uses acceleration stress to accelerate the life of the air-cooled refrigerator,verification results.It is guaranteed that MTBF has reached 87 600 hours at 90 % confidence,and the product’s 10-year life reliability indicator is reached.
