摘要
对开门冰箱门封系统在设计开发过程中,可靠性强化是激发和暴露产品薄弱环节,以便于设计改进,从而提高产品可靠性的一种必要手段。本文通过对冰箱门封系统温度、开关门应力工作极限和破坏极限研究,建立可靠性强化综合应力试验剖面。同时对门封系统的核心售后故障问题门封条下塌进行FTA故障分析,找出底事件门封条硬度变化率大和胆槽结构固定性差。通过设计方案改进和再次验证,从而提高冰箱门封系统的可靠性。
In the process of design and development,the door sealing system of double open refrigerator is developed,reliability enhancement is to stimulate and expose product weaknesses,to facilitate design improvements,so as to improve the reliability of a necessary means.In this paper,the working limit and failure limit temperature,opening and closing stress of refrigerator door seal system are studied,the reliability enhancement comprehensive stress test profile was established.At the same time,the core after-sales fault of the door seal system,door seal collapse,is analyzed for FTA fault,find out that the bottom event door seal hardness change rate is large and the fixed structure of the tank is poor.Improve and re-verify through design scheme,so as to improve the reliability of refrigerator door sealing system.
